Enrollment in programs is subject to meeting eligibility criteria and payment of applicable fees. reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the admission fee.
Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule. EMI options, where available, are subject to terms of the payment provider. Fees once paid are non-transferable between courses.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before enrolling. In general, requests for refund must be made within 7 days of enrollment and before course access is provided.
Course materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing login credentials or course content with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments with a passing score. certificates are issued in our own name and CPD accreditation.
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the program. reserves the right to remove any student from the program without refund for misconduct, harassment, or violation of these terms.
All course content, materials, videos, documents, and resources provided by our team are the intellectual property of and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission.
APADE provides education and training for career development purposes. We do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the course.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
