A full refund is available if: (1) You request a refund within 7 days of payment, AND (2) Course access (login credentials or materials) has not yet been provided to you. Once course access is granted, no refund will be issued.
No refund will be issued if: Course access has been provided; More than 7 days have elapsed since payment; You have attended or downloaded any course material; The refund request is due to a change of mind after course commencement; EMI installments after the first payment.
To request a refund, email academyofallieddental@gmail.com with your full name, phone number, enrollment date, and reason for refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
In the unlikely event thhere cancels a course or batch, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students within 15 business days.
If you cannot join your enrolled batch, we may offer you the option to transfer to a future batch at no additional cost, subject to availability. This is offered as a one-time courtesy.
